The leading Indian law firm Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers — Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited — on the filing of the draft red herring prospectus by Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares.
The IPO comprises an offer for sale by existing investors, including Samara Capital Markets Holding Limited, Kotak Pre-IPO Opportunities Fund, NHPEA Sparkle Holding B.V., and certain promoter and promoter group shareholders.
