
Pinsent Masons advised Amey Consulting Australia on key acquisition
Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons advised Amey Consulting Australia on its acquisition of Australian company Premise Holdings Pty Ltd.
This acquisition marks Amey’s return to the Australian market and adds an important element to the company’s global expansion strategy across the engineering, operations and decarbonisation industries. Headquartered in Brisbane, Premise provides consultancy support across multiple sectors including the built environment, water, renewables and transport.
