SEBI approves IPO’s of PhysicsWallah, Saatvik Green and five other firms

The seven companies filed their preliminary papers between January and April

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) launch for ed-tech companies PhysicsWallah and Saatvik Green Energy, and Vinir Engineering, Pranav Constructions, Fujiyama Power Systems, SIS Cash Services and Anlon Healthcare.

The firms secured approval after filing their preliminary papers between January and April, obtaining the regulatory body’s observations between 14 and 18 July. (In SEBI’s parlance, ‘observation’ refers to the approval for launching public issues).

Meanwhile, Gaudium IVF and Women Health, which also filed its IPO documents early this year, has withdrawn the draft papers.
