Khaitan & Co advised Firstsource Solutions UK Limited on proposed acquisition of Pastdue Credit Solutions Limited

Khaitan & Co advised and assisted Firstsource Solutions UK Limited in connection with its proposed acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Pastdue Credit Solutions Limited, a leading UK-based debt recovery and collections services company, for a total consideration of £22 million, subject to regulatory approvals and the conditions set out in the definitive agreements.

Khaitan & Co acted as transaction counsel to Firstsource Solutions UK Limited, with responsibilities including:

  • Drafting, negotiating, finalising and execution of the share purchase agreement; and
  • Assisting and advising on all execution-related formalities.
