Executive Partner Profiles
Amar Pratap Singh
Amar Pratap Singh is based in the Chandigarh office and leads the GST advisory practice for LKS in the region. He brings extensive experience appearing before the Supreme Court, High Courts, State Sales Tax Tribunals and CESTAT, handling complex indirect tax litigation. Amar has successfully guided numerous clients through GST transition and compliance strategies, blending litigation and consulting capabilities. He frequently delivers lectures for industry chambers and professional institutes.

Asish Philip Abraham
Asish Philip Abraham is a Partner in the Corporate Practice at LKS, based in Mumbai, advising clients on M&A, corporate restructuring, regulatory and general corporate matters. He has over a decade of experience working with domestic and multinational companies across industries including digital, e-commerce and services sectors. Asish has worked extensively on GST impact assessments and transition assignments and was part of Infosys’ GST Project knowledge team. He started his career in indirect tax litigation and regularly speaks at industry seminars.

Atul Gupta
Atul Gupta is a senior lawyer in the firm’s indirect tax practice with more than 18 years of experience. Based in Prayagraj, he represents clients before various tribunals and courts, including the Supreme Court and High Courts, on Service Tax, Central Excise, Customs, VAT and GST matters. Atul has also handled international trade remedy work, representing the Government of India and exporters before WTO panels and foreign trade authorities.

Devinder Bagia
Devinder Bagia is a dual-qualified chartered accountant and lawyer advising clients on International Trade and WTO law, based in New Delhi. He represents governments, exporters and industries in anti-dumping and safeguard investigations both in India and abroad. Devinder also has rich experience in customs advisory, litigation, trade policy and handling foreign exchange and money laundering cases. Before joining LKS, he worked in CA firms on VAT and indirect taxes.

Gaurav Dayal
Gaurav Dayal is a Corporate, M&A and PE Partner at LKS, based in New Delhi. With over 15 years of experience, he advises private equity and venture capital funds, MNCs and Indian corporates on complex cross-border and domestic transactions. He has worked on notable deals across manufacturing, IT, healthcare, food & agriculture, and renewable energy sectors. His recent mandates include large global divestitures and high-value strategic investments.

Jaya Pandeya
Jaya Pandeya is a senior member of the IPR practice with over 15 years of experience, specialising in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in electronics and software. Jaya plays a key role in strategic prosecution for large patent portfolios, helping clients identify licensing opportunities and managing evidence of use analysis.

Krati Singh
Krati Singh is a Partner in the Chandigarh office with strong expertise in indirect tax litigation, customs and GST. With over a decade of experience, she represents leading companies before appellate authorities and CESTAT. Her robust accounting knowledge supports her holistic approach to indirect tax matters and transaction structuring. Krati has been with LKS since 2010, advising on high-stakes cases for major corporates.

Narendra S Dave
Narendra S Dave is a Partner in the Indirect Tax practice at LKS, Hyderabad. Rahul Tangri
Rahul Tangri leads the Kolkata practice of LKS, overseeing both consulting and litigation assignments in indirect and direct tax. Rajesh Ostwal

S. Sriram
Sriram is a Partner in the Direct Tax and Economic Offences Laws team at LKS, Mumbai. Syed Maqdum Peeran is a litigator specialising in indirect tax and commercial disputes, based in Bengaluru.
