Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Navin Fluorine International Limited On INR 7,500 Million QIP

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Navin Fluorine International Limited (“NFIL”) on the qualified institutions placement of its equity shares (“QIP”) aggregating to INR 7,500 million. The allotment pursuant to the QIP was completed on July 11, 2025. JM Financial Limited acted as the placement agent to the QIP.

The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Yash Ashar (Senior Partner) and Janhavi Manohar (Partner), with support from Rushab Dhandokia (Principal Associate), Ankesh Kumar (Senior Associate), Harsha Menon (Associate), Prakhar Jain (Associate), and Jayadeep Manchikalapudi (Associate).

The transaction was signed on May 27, 2025, and closed on July 11, 2025.
