Khaitan & Co advised Samvardhana Motherson International Limited on issuance of listed NCDs

Khaitan & Co advised Samvardhana Motherson International Limited in connection with its issuance of listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs), aggregating up to INR 2,025 crore. The NCDs bear a coupon of 6.80% per annum, payable annually, with a tenure of five years, and were issued on a private placement basis. The issue has been assigned “AAA / Stable” ratings by various credit rating agencies. SBI Capital Markets Limited acted as the sole arranger and anchor investor to the issue.
