Khaitan & Co advised Kaya Limited on INR 750 million preferential issue to Axana Estates LLP

Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Kaya Limited on its preferential issue of equity shares equivalent to a 13.76% stake in the company to Axana Estates LLP. The issue was undertaken through a preferential allotment for an aggregate amount of INR 750 million.

The transaction marks a strategic capital infusion, aimed at strengthening Kaya Limited’s growth and operational initiatives.
