AZB & Partners represented Coromandel International on securing CCI approval for acquisition of majority stake in NACL Industries

AZB & Partners represented Coromandel International Limited in obtaining unconditional approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the proposed acquisition of a majority stake in NACL Industries Limited.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Coromandel’s presence in the agri-input sector and reflects its ongoing expansion and investment strategy in the Indian chemicals and fertilizers market. The CCI’s clearance affirms that the proposed transaction does not raise any adverse competition concerns.
