Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer) advised The Riverside Company (Riverside) on its acquisition of Dingo Software, a leading provider of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring software for asset-intensive industries including mining, energy, and rail. The acquisition was completed through a competitive auction process.
The transaction reflects Riverside’s continued strategy of expanding its technology portfolio and strengthening its presence in industrial software and services.
