Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented Elev8 Capital (lead investor) in its participation in the Series D funding round of Smallcase Technologies Private Limited.
Smallcase is a financial technology company engaged in developing and operating:
(a) Building and operating online investment platforms that allow users to place orders to purchase, sell, and track a basket of securities;
(b) Building and operating APIs and SDKs that enable any online or mobile platform to offer securities transactions to their users; and
(c) Building and operating SaaS-based platforms to enable individuals and entities to create, showcase, and market baskets of securities to their clients.
The transaction Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Pooranima Hariharan (Partner), with support from Aarthi Sashikumar (Principal Associate), Abhinav Sankaranarayanan (Senior Associate), Aiyush Gupta (Senior Associate), Anish Meduri (Associate), and Mahek Khandelwal (Associate).
