Kevin Heverin Joins Baker McKenzie as Partner in London to Boost Global Restructuring Practice

Baker McKenzie has announced the appointment of Kevin Heverin as a Partner in its Restructuring & Insolvency (R&I) team, part of the Banking and Finance practice group in the London office. His addition further enhances the firm’s global transactional capabilities. Kevin will also collaborate closely with colleagues in the Middle East, focusing on cross-regional opportunities.

Heverin joins from Allen Overy Shearman Sterling and brings extensive cross-border experience in complex restructurings, workouts, debt financings, and special situations investments. His clients include debtors, investors (par and secondary), creditor groups, sponsors, and insolvency practitioners. Recognised by The Legal 500 UK as a “Next Generation Partner” and noted in Global Restructuring Review, Kevin has developed a strong reputation in the strategic capital solutions space.
