Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has announced the addition of Zeeshan A. Khan as a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) team. He will be based out of the firm’s Delhi office.
Khan is an alumnus of Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, and brings with him over 16 years of extensive experience in IP law. Prior to joining the firm, he was a key member of the IP practice at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners, where he built a strong reputation in IP litigation and enforcement, including working closely with law enforcement agencies, customs registration and enforcement matters, and handling domain name disputes before WIPO and NIXI.
Throughout his career, Khan has advised nearly 50 Fortune Global 500 companies, supporting clients across diverse sectors such as FMCG, automobiles, oil & gas, retail, fashion, sports, footwear, hospitality, textiles, food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, electronics, insurance, and financial services.
