Sidley Austin adds Michael Rohr as Partner in Boston to Strengthen Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Practice

Sidley Austin LLP has announced the addition of Michael Rohr as a Partner in the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) practice, based in Boston. Prior to joining Sidley, Rohr was a partner in the corporate practice at Cooley LLP.

Michael Rohr brings significant experience in representing growth-stage technology and life sciences companies from inception through to exit. His expertise includes advising clients on general corporate and strategic matters, venture capital financings, growth equity, secondary liquidity transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents venture capital and private equity funds, corporate VCs, and strategic acquirors.
