Matthew Regan Joins Skadden as Litigation Partner in Chicago

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP has welcomed Matthew Regan as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group in Chicago, effective May 28, 2025.

Mr. Regan, a seasoned trial lawyer with three decades of experience, brings a wealth of expertise representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts. His practice spans antitrust and trade regulation, accountant and auditor malpractice, class actions, product liability, software consulting disputes, fraud, breach of contract, and other high-stakes litigation.

The move underscores Skadden’s ongoing strategic investment in its litigation capabilities, particularly in Chicago.
