Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Represented Roquette Frères S.A. Before the Competition Commission of India

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented Roquette Frères S.A. (“Roquette”) before the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in securing approval for Roquette’s proposed acquisition of the Pharma Solutions business and certain product lines of the Nourish business (collectively, the “Target Business”) of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (“IFF”).

The acquisition involves Roquette purchasing equity interest in certain IFF entities that collectively house or are proposed to house the Target Business.

The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas transaction team was led by Avaantika Kakkar (Partner, Head – Competition) and Dhruv Rajain (Partner), with support from Rajat Sharma (Senior Associate) and Vanya Agarwal (Associate).
