Khaitan & Co advised KPIT Technologies on the acquisition of Caresoft’s Global Engineering Solutions Business

Khaitan & Co advised KPIT Technologies Limited (India) and its subsidiaries KPIT Technologies Inc. (United States) and KPIT Technologies (UK) Limited in relation to the acquisition of Caresoft’s Global Engineering Solutions Business through a 100% acquisition of Caresoft Global Technologies, Inc. (USA), Caresoft Engineering Services Limited (UK), CAREGLOTECH de RL de CV (Mexico), and OXI SRL (Italy). The total consideration for the transaction was USD 191 million.

Khaitan & Co assisted KPIT Technologies Limited on India law aspects of the transaction, including structuring and review of transaction documents.
