Khaitan & Co advised Bessemer Venture Partners on leading the $30 million Series A funding round of EaseBuzz Private Limited, a fintech company offering digital payment solutions.

The firm assisted in all aspects of the transaction, including undertaking legal due diligence, structuring documentation, negotiation, and closing support.
