Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised IKF Finance Limited on its latest round of fundraise amounting to approximately INR 1,465 crores. The round involved both primary and secondary investments led by Norwest Capital LLC.

As part of the transaction, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, an existing investor in the company, exited by selling its shareholding to Norwest and subsequently re-invested into the company. The firm also advised Motilal Oswal Private Equity on its exit and re-entry in this round.
