Davis Polk advised Visa on its €3.5 billion notes offering

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Visa Inc. on its SEC-registered offering of €1.25 billion of 2.250% senior notes due 2028, €1 billion of 3.125% senior notes due 2033, €650 million of 3.500% senior notes due 2037, and €600 million of 3.875% senior notes due 2044.
