Infosys Expands Association With DNB Bank To Fasten Digital Route

Indian multinational technology company, Infosys, has announced an extended strategic collaboration with DNB Bank ASA, Norway’s largest financial institution, to expedite the bank’s digital evolution.

The partnership aims to modernize DNB’s IT systems, bolster operational resilience, and elevate customer experience using Infosys’ digital capabilities and banking platforms. It will enable the deployment of the Infosys Finacle platform to revamp the bank’s legacy and streamline its service offerings.

Elin Sandnes, COO and Group Executive Vice President, Technology & Services at DNB, expressed, “With our extended collaboration with Infosys, we are modernizing our IT infrastructure and leveraging advanced technologies like AI and ML to enable seamless, personalized, and agile services to our customers.”

Sandnes stressed that the initiative supported the bank’s goal of proactively meeting customer needs with improved digital banking services.

Meanwhile, Infosys has marked its presence in the Nordic region through acquisitions and operational expansions. The company reiterated its commitment to supporting regional clients.
