King & Spalding advised Lotus Infrastructure Partners on the sale of seven modern natural gas generation facilities, totaling approximately 2,600 MW of capacity, to Vistra Corp.
Vistra acquired the assets for approximately $1.9 billion, or $743/kW, subject to certain net working capital adjustments. This strategic acquisition enhances Vistra’s industry-leading generation portfolio to better serve its customers.
