Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised GPS Renewables Private Limited on the investment by Sojitz Corporation in GPSR Arya One Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle established under GPSR Arya Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of GPS Renewables.

The transaction was signed on 29th April, 2025.
