DSK Legal advised Export-Import Bank of India on its investment in Tonbo Imaging

DSK Legal advised and assisted Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) in relation to its investment in Tonbo Imaging India Private Limited (Tonbo).

EXIM Bank, a specialized financial institution owned by the Government of India, plays a key role in facilitating and promoting the country’s international trade. Tonbo Imaging is engaged in designing, building, and deploying advanced imaging and sensor systems for complex environments.

The scope of work handled by DSK Legal included reviewing, revising, and finalizing the term sheet and share subscription and shareholders’ agreement; assisting in the review of conditions precedent and completion of the transaction; and drafting and issuing a legal opinion.

In addition to EXIM Bank, other new investors participating in this funding round included Florintree Flowtech LLP and Artiman Ventures Select 2014 Principals Fund L.P.
