
Alex Roussos joins Greenberg Traurig as Capital Markets Shareholder in KSA and UAE
Greenberg Traurig LLP appointed Alex Roussos as a Capital Markets Shareholder, enhancing the firm’s regional and global Capital Markets offering. Alex will be based in the firm’s Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and United Arab Emirates (UAE) offices, further bolstering its presence and capabilities across the Middle East.
With over 20 years of experience, Alex is a leading practitioner in banking, finance, and capital markets. He has advised on numerous high-profile transactions across the GCC, representing both issuers and underwriters on SEC-registered and private securitizations, with a particular focus on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and asset-backed securitizations. His practice spans debt, regulatory capital, hybrid and equity-linked capital markets transactions involving sovereigns, financial institutions, and corporates. Alex’s previous experience includes legal practice in Greece and the Channel Islands, providing him a global outlook on structured finance matters.
