
Former Khaitan Partners Kshitij Bishnoi and Gautam Bhargava Join IndusLaw Along with Teams to Grow Real Estate Practice
IndusLaw has strengthened its real estate practice in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the addition of Kshitij Bishnoi and Gautam Bhargava, both former partners at Khaitan & Co, along with their respective teams.
Bishnoi brings over 15 years of experience across the real estate lifecycle, including title due diligence, acquisitions, structuring, development, leasing, and exits. His expertise spans various asset classes, including industrial parks, commercial spaces, residential townships, IT parks, SEZs, and redevelopment projects. He joined Khaitan in 2014 and became a partner in 2022.
Bhargava brings a decade of experience in real estate private equity, corporate real estate transactions, and regulatory advisory. He specialises in structuring and negotiating complex joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions in the real estate sector. He joined Khaitan in 2018 after working at AZB & Partners and JSA and was promoted to partner earlier this year.
