Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised as the Indian legal counsel to BofA Securities India Limited (the “Placement Agent”) in connection with the sale of equity shares of Tata Technologies Limited (the “Company”) by TPG Rise Climate SF Pte. Ltd. (the “Seller”) undertaken on the floor of the NSE and BSE.

The Seller sold 15,863,806 equity shares of the Company on April 29, 2025.
