Khaitan & Co Supports CapitaLand India For Sale Of Stake In Radial (Phase II and III) IT Parks
The deal was worth Rs.575 crores
Khaitan & Co has assisted CapitaLand India (formerly Ascendas India Trust) of CapitaLand Group for the sale of its entire stake in Radial (Phase II) IT Park Pvt Ltd and Radial (Phase III) IT Park Pvt Ltd.
The transaction involved 100 percent acquisition of the equity shares and compulsorily convertible debentures of Radial (Phase II) and Radial (Phase III) by TVS Emerald Limited for Rs.575 crores.
The Khaitan & Co team consisted of Karthika Ravi Menon (Partner), Navia Ninan (Associate) and Shruthi Saravanan (Associate). They were supported by Shourya Sengupta (Partner) and Supallab Chakraborty (Senior Associate) on due diligence and Anshuman Sakle (Partner) on competition law aspects.
