S&R Associates represented Piramal Investment Advisory Services Limited in its merger with certain other Piramal group entities, subsidiaries of Piramal Enterprises Limited, a listed company, pursuant to a fast-track scheme of amalgamation before the Regional Director, Western Region. The scheme is subject to regulatory approvals.
