InCorp Global has announced its merger with Amita Desai & Co propelling it to be one of the leading Corporate Secretarial Advisory practices in India.
The combined firm will be led by Amita Desai, who will join InCorp Global in India as a co-founder.
InCorp Global is a part of the Ascentium Group, funded by Hillhouse Investments, one of Asia’s largest operative funds.

The move will equip InCorp Global clients with advisory services in complex domains such as compliance and governance, equity capital markets (pre and post-IPO), corporate restructurings, M&A advisory, PMLA advisory, stressed assets resolution, GIFT City, ESG, FEMA, and matters related to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the National Company Law Tribunal, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Charity Commission.
This is InCorp Global’s sixth investment in India, which also includes India’s largest digital compliance platform Zolvit.
