Paul Hastings Advised Takenaka Corporation In Connection With Launch Of Tokyo’s SIRO Roppongi
Paul Hastings LLP has advised Takenaka Corporation in connection with the negotiations and documentation of all hotel agreements for SIRO Roppongi in Tokyo. This latest addition to the SIRO brand, announced by Kerzner International Holdings Limited, will serve as a flagship property for SIRO in the APAC region. Set to open in 2029 in the Minato-ku ward of central Tokyo, the hotel will feature 100 guestrooms, along with state-of-the-art fitness and recovery labs, all within a standalone building.
Paul Hastings had previously advised Takenaka Corporation on the negotiations and documentation for hotel agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for the Park Hyatt Kyoto in Japan.
