CGST & Central Excise Department Levies Rs.41.99 Fine On Adani Wilmar

The Deputy Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise Division, Lucknow, has levied a penalty on Adani Wilmar Limited under the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017 on the transitional credit in form TRAN-1.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Adani Wilmar stated, “The Company is taking appropriate steps to appeal against the order of imposition of penalty before the appropriate authority.”
