Chandhiok & Mahajan (C&M) successfully advised Pondy Oxides and Chemical Limited (the “Company”) in its qualified institutions placement (QIP) of equity shares, raising ₹17,499.99 lakhs.
The Company is a leading secondary producer of lead, lead alloys, aluminum, copper, plastic additives, and other value-added products.
