Capital Markets Expert Janhavi Seksaria Joins AZB & Partners
Janhavi Seksaria, a Capital Markets Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, has joined AZB & Partners as a Partner in its Mumbai office.
With over 12 years of experience, Seksaria specializes in a wide range of capital markets transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), rights offerings, and overseas listings. She also possesses extensive expertise in the establishment and listing of Business Trusts, InvITs, and REITs.
