Veritas Legal Advised Nova IVF Fertility in its Acquisition of Majority Stake in Wings IVF
Veritas Legal has advised and acted for Nova Medical Centers Private Limited (Nova) in its acquisition of majority stake in Revaba Infertility Clinics Private Limited (Wings). The deal value is estimated to be around Rs. 120-150 crores.
Nova IVF Fertility is one of the largest fertility chains in the country and has acquired Ahmedabad-based in-vitro fertilization chain Wings IVF to expand its presence in western India.
Nova is owned by the private equity firm TPG’s healthcare platform Asia Healthcare Holdings. The acquisition will expand Nova IVF’s footprint to 68 centres in 44 cities.
The Corporate and Mergers & Acquisition practice of Veritas Legal advised and acted for Nova in relation to the due diligence conducted on Wings IVF the and subsequently assisted in drafting the transaction documents for the acquisition of equity shares of Wings IVF by Nova.
