Trilegal bolsters its Corporate Practice with a team of eight Partners from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas

Trilegal has announced that eight corporate partners are joining the firm, taking the partnership strength to 101.
The eight Partners are Amit Khansaheb, Vishruta Kaul, Nikhil Sachdeva, Rishi Jain, Abhishek Dubey, Rahul Chugh, Prateek Lala, and Pratyush Singh. They were previously working at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
While Prateek Lala will join the Bengaluru office, the others will operate from Gurugram.

In the past year, Trilegal has added 25 partners across practice areas. These include 10 in the corporate practice. The number of new partners is now 33.
With over 25 years of experience, Amit Khansaheb is a seasoned corporate lawyer specializing in M&A, private equity, co-investments and joint ventures. His expertise in advising on corporate legal aspects spans diverse industries including IT and ITES, software, logistics, micro-finance, manufacturing, technology, internet, thermal and renewable energy.
Vishruta Kaul has over 14 years of experience. She has acted for nearly 200 domestic and cross-border transactions in various sectors, including restructuring mandates, mergers, demergers and joint ventures. She is a trusted advisor to the senior management of leading corporates on corporate governance matters, strategic day-to-day business and compliance issues, and emerging areas of law. These include online gaming, space laws and e-commerce.
Having over 14 years of experience, Nikhil Sachdeva has a diverse practice portfolio encompassing M&A, venture capital (equity and debt), private equity, joint ventures, general corporate advisory, external commercial borrowing, debt syndication and structured debt. He acts in a wide variety of industries, including e-commerce, fintech, gaming, artificial intelligence, aggregators, and technology-focused business, including SaaS, NBFC, and manufacturing.
Rishi Jain has over 16 years of experience specializing in M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate law advisory. He has led several complex and innovative transactions, which have since become market precedents. His expertise lies in sectors including IT and ITES, software, logistics, e-commerce, micro-finance, fintech, education, manufacturing, technology and business process outsourcing.
With over 14 years of experience, Abhishek Dubey advises on a wide range of transactions, including complex acquisitions, business transfers, venture capital and private equity funding rounds.
