L&L Partners advise NIIF Infrastructure on an O2 Power project
The deal was worth Rs.246.48 crores
L&L Partners has acted as Lenders’ Legal Counsel for NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited in relation to financial assistance. The transaction involved part-refinancing of three separate solar power projects set up in the state of Karnataka under three project SPVs, promoted by O2 Power.
The team at L&L Partners was involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating, advising on legal issues and queries relating to the facility, finalization, and execution of the financing and security documents.
The law firm also conducted due diligence exercise on the project documents, reviewing and suggesting amendments to the articles of association of the project SPVs.
