Kochhar & Co advised Axis Bank on financial assistance to Ostro Energy
The transaction was worth Rs.284.38 crores
Founded in 2014, Ostro Energy Private Limited, a company that owns operates, and develops renewable energy projects, has availed financial assistance from Axis Bank Limited.
One of India’s pre-eminent corporate law firms, Kochhar & Co advised Axis Bank in relation to the deal.
