Link Legal India Law Services has hired former Shardul Amarchand Managldas lawyer Vijay Sureka as a partner in its Mumbai-based corporate practice.
He is a 2002 University of Delhi law graduate, specialising in joint venture and M&A transactions, as well as working for banks & NBFCs in their loan transactions and schemes of mergers for various companies.
He has worked with companies in manufacturing, infrastructure, IT, hospitality, and education, according to Link Legal.
