Universal Legal advised Singapore-headquartered CloudSEK, a cyber security startup providing artificial intelligence powered digital risk protection service has raised INR 50 crores in its Series A investment led by MassMutual Ventures Southeast Asia II LLC alongside ON Mauritius, AL Trust, QED Innovation Labs LLP and individual investors – Firoz Meeran and Navas Meeran. Existing investors Aaruha Technology Fund II and Exfinity Technology Fund II alongside Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund – Series 1 also participated in this fund raise.
