Direction On Use Of Headlights, Official Emblem, Flags, Name Boards Etc: Kerala HC

The Hon’ble High Court of Kerala has ordered the Transport Commissioner to take pertinent steps via the concerned officers that are under him in the Motor Vehicles Department to have a check so that no motor vehicle can be permitted to be used in public places violating the Rules and directions that are there to be adhered by the citizen.

Hon’ble Justice Anil K. Narendran of the Hon’ble Kerala high court while hearing a petition regarding adherence of motor vehicle rules, ordered the Transport Commissioner to file a report of activities that are taken in pursuance of the directions issued in a judgment that was passed earlier.

This decision of the Hon’ble high court comes after it observed that despite detailed directions issued by the court still motor vehicles that did not adhere to these directions were permitted on public roads, thereby posing a risk to the life.
