Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has hired L&L Partners Delhi-based corporate practice partner Samarth Gupta as a partner who had resigned in October of last year.
As many of the recent exits from the L&L corporate partnership, which is embroiled in a bitter dispute between the founders, Gupta was a home-grown partner who had been at Luthra & Luthra, as it once was, since graduating from NLU Jodhpur in 2011 at the start of his career.
We had first reported his exit in October 2020, alongside Mumbai corporate partner Apurva Jayant’s exit.
