About DNLU Jabalpur

Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (M.P.) was established in the year 2018 by Madhya Pradesh National University Act 24 of 2018, with the object of advancing the cause of legal education and achieving excellence as a university for imparting value based legal education. The university emphasis learning advocacy skills with professional ethics by providing suitable simulation exercises.

A corporate entity’s importance in the economic, political and social milieu can never be underestimated, and hence an efficient corporate legal framework is of considerable importance. Corporate law and corporate law scholarship have grown tremendously in the recent era. Corporate laws govern the rights, relations, and conduct of persons, companies, organizations, and businesses. India has a plethora of laws that govern corporate entities, along with various regulators and agencies that control their corporate activities.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Papers will be judged on the basis of:
  • Originality and Innovation
  • Depth of Research and Analysis
  • Clarity and Structure Argumentative Strength
  • Adherence to Formatting and Citation Standards

Abstract Submission

  • An abstract with a word limit of 300-400 words along with 5 keywords shall be submitted via https://forms.gle/P5DnwSLLNANUgiVL9
  • The selected abstracts shall be intimated to the author(s).

Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions are to be made in the form of MS Word as well as Pdf Form in the provided google form.
  • The Paper must be an original, unpublished work of the participants.
  • Word limit: 4000-6000 words, including citations
  • Formatting: Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5, Justified alignment.
  • Headings and Sub-headings must be appropriately numbered.
  • Referencing Style: The Bluebook- A Uniform System of Citation (2015, 20th ed.).
  • Any submission that is found to be plagiarized beyond 10% shall be disqualified from the competition.
  • Use of AI is strictly prohibited.
  • Copyright of the submission shall remain with CCLG, DNLU
  • Up to 1 Co-author is allowed
  • Cross authorship from different institutions is also allowed
